This Shipping Policy describes how and when Puffy Singh (a brand of Vegxi Makerspace) processes and ships orders placed on our website. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. Order Processing
Orders placed on www.puffysingh.com are processed on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays in Maharashtra).

Puffy Singh currently ships pan-India to all serviceable pin codes across India.

5. Shipping Charges

6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can use this tracking number on the courier partner’s website or app to monitor your shipment.

7. Failed Delivery & Undelivered Orders
• If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, absent recipient, or refusal to accept, the courier will attempt redelivery [2 times] before returning the package.
• Returned shipments will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Reshipping charges may apply.
• Puffy Singh is not responsible for loss or damage resulting from an incorrect address provided at the time of order.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us within [48 hours] of the expected delivery date at hello@puffysingh.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the damaged product or packaging (if applicable). We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.
