Refund and Returns Policy
At Tathastu, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully inspect and package all products before dispatch. However, if you face any issues with your order, please review our Refund & Returns Policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Only damaged, defective, or incorrect products are eligible for return or replacement.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, with at least 75% of the original product intact, where applicable.
- Requests raised after the 7-day window may not be considered.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images/videos and order details.
Upon verification:
- We will arrange a replacement, or
- Issue store credit, at our discretion.
3. Incorrect Product or Quantity
If an incorrect product or quantity has been delivered:
- Notify us immediately via email with your order details.
- After verification, the correct item(s) will be dispatched within 5–7 business days.
4. Exchange Policy
- Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval.
- Additional shipping charges may apply.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
- Approved refunds will be credited only to the original payment method.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Refund processing may take up to 15 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
6. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used or worn products
- Customized, energized, or ritual-activated items
- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
- Items returned without prior approval
7. How to Raise a Return or Refund Request
To initiate a return, refund, or exchange:
- Email us with your order ID, reason for request, and supporting images/videos (if applicable).
- Our team will review the request and respond with next steps.

8. Management Discretion
All return, refund, and exchange requests are subject to Tathastu’s management review. Final decisions regarding eligibility, refund amount, or replacement will be made on a case-by-case basis.
